The hotel is owned by Inmobiliaria Puerta Maya S.A. de C.V. of Villahermosa. Hilton Hotels Corporation, based in Beverly Hills, Calif., will manage the hotel. This hotel becomes the third managed property in Mexico as the corporation actively pursues more management contracts in the country.

The modern four-story building features contemporary Mexican style, with granite and marble throughout. The hotel has 220 fully-equipped guestrooms, all of which feature the Hilton Serenity Bed, granite bathrooms, complimentary high-speed Internet, 27" televisions with satellite content, three telephones and a refreshment center. The hotel's Executive Floor adds a new dimension of elegance and exclusivity with 44 rooms, including four suites. A comfortable Executive floor lounge serves a continental breakfast each morning and wine and hors d'oeuvres each afternoon.
