| Atlanta, GA �May 27, 2005 � Atlanta-based Sivica Hospitality recently
purchased the Hampton Inn-Hilton Head Island from WINN Limited Partnership.
The hotel is located in the resort community on the coast of South Carolina.
The two-story, 123-room hotel marks Sivica�s first purchase since the company�s
formation in the fall of 2004. Linda Williams-Thornley, experienced
hotel professional and long-time area resident, serves as the general manager.
�We are happy to bring Sivica�s brand of hospitality to Hilton Head, especially at the Hampton Inn�s prime location,� said Fred Cerrone, President of Sivica Hospitality. �We see great potential in the market and plan to make improvements to the hotel that will make it even more appealing to our guests.� Located at One Dillon Road in the north part of scenic Hilton Head Island, the Hampton Inn features an outdoor pool and an on-site fitness center. Bike rentals are available through the hotel. Within a short driving distance, guests will find the low dunes and wide beaches that make Hilton Head a popular vacation spot all year round. Other local attractions include shopping, restaurants, theaters and water sports. Complimentary high-speed Internet access comes with every room. The wireless service in the public areas allows guests quick and easy access. The hotel also features a Business Center, fax service, meeting rooms, and audio visual equipment rental. Custom golf packages are available with advance bookings. Some rooms offer kitchenettes. In-room amenities include: wireless internet access, in-room coffeemaker, TV with cable and HBO, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Local telephone calls are free and the hotel offers cribs for infant guests. Each morning the hotel serves a complimentary hot breakfast from 6 AM - 10 AM and offers fresh-baked cookies each evening at 5 PM.
