| PARK CITY, Utah (May 23, 2005) � Premier Resorts, the Park City, Utah-based
resort property management company located in seven states in the continental
U.S., plus Hawaii and Mexico, has been selected to manage The Hotel Telluride
in Telluride, Colo.. Comprised of 58 rooms, plus restaurant and day spa
facilities, the hotel is the newest lodging built in the Historic Town
of Telluride and has won numerous awards since opening in 2001, including
recognition as the only lodging in Telluride rated by Travel & Leisure
magazine�s 2005 T & L 500 list (which calls it �the newest of
the city's boutique hotels, and one of the most comfortable�). It was also
named to Conde Nast Traveler's prestigious 2005 Gold List.
The appointment of Premier Resorts was made by David W. Jackson, president of Northridge Capital, a real estate investment firm based in Washington, D.C., that purchased The Hotel Telluride on April 25. The previous management contract was held by Jackson Hospitality, based in Birmingham, Ala. Starting this summer, 23 units will be converted to condominiums for subsequent sale to individual owners. In assuming management responsibilities, Premier Resorts president Barbara Zimonja named Tammy Burden to the position of hotel general manager. �Tammy is a 13-year resident of Telluride and knows the Hotel and the town of Telluride intimately,� said Ms. Zimonja. The Hotel Telluride is a four-star hotel on the west end of Telluride, just three blocks from the gondola and steps away from the nightlife and restaurants of historic downtown. It features feather beds known as �The Incredible Bed� in every room, an intimate day spa offering a variety of treatments, and views of the 14,000-ft. peaks of the San Juan Mountains.
