DALLAS (May 16, 2005) - Pegasus Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEGS) is providing electronic distribution services for the new Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Country Club via the company’s Unirez by Pegasusä representation service. Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions is a global leader in providing technology and services to hotels and travel distributors.

The $2.7 billion hotel and casino is Wynn Resorts’ most ambitious project yet. The property features a 110,000 square foot casino, 2,700 guest rooms and suites, 29 retail outlets, and an exclusive golf course.

Pegasus has completed implementation of Wynn Las Vegas on the Unirez by Pegasus service, giving on-site hotel staff easy tools through which they can manage room rates and promotions. The Unirez service provides for real-time rates that are automatically distributed to the four major global distribution systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan), giving travel agents immediate access to Wynn Las Vegas availability. Travel agents can book rooms today by using the UZ code on any major GDS.

Wynn LasWynn Las Vegas’ decision to use Unirez by Pegasus services highlights the growing success of Pegasus’ newest independent hotel representation service line. More than 1,600 independent hotels implemented the Unirez by Pegasus service in 2004.
