7 - 11 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Over 325 concierges from the
US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and other nations will attend the gathering
to increase their knowledge of the industry, gain new skills, and learn
about the latest concierge technologies to improve their efficiency.
