The Carino Collection Announces Creation of Advisory Board

Distinguished Industry Executives Will Advise and Support the Brand�s Growth  � 
 Inaugural Meeting to Assume Official Duties Set for MPI, Miami, in July

NEW YORK, May 23, 2005 � President Joe Carino announced that the CARINO Collection, the most innovative sales representation company for independent hotels, appointed nine distinguished industry executives to serve as the Company�s first Advisory Board to provide advice, and support the Company�s growth and direction. Nine Associate Board Members were also appointed, to support and assist the Board.

Each Advisory Board Member will serve at the Company�s pleasure for a minimum one-year term, as will each Associate Member. The newly-appointed Board Members and Associate Members, are:
