Inc. has been appointed to market for sale the 475-room Radisson Riverfront
Hotel and the 250-room Radisson City Center Hotel located in downtown Saint
Paul, the state capitol of Minnesota. The properties are available on a
fee-simple basis. The hotels offer significant opportunity for re-branding.
The Radisson Riverfront has benefited from more than $9.5 million in renovations in recent years and has also benefited from the addition of the 10,094 square foot Great River Ballroom. The hotel offers three food and beverage options, plus 55,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that includes the two largest ballrooms in the city. The Radisson City Center offers two food and beverage options and 8,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The hotels benefit from their location in the central business district of Saint Paul and their proximity to the many corporate, group and leisure destinations in the area. The Radisson Riverfront sits on the banks of the Mississippi River and benefits from its proximate location to the 900,000 square foot Saint Paul RiverCentre Convention Center, the State Capitol building and many corporations. The Radisson City Center is attached to the Towne Center complex and is adjacent to the Wells Fargo World Trade Center in downtown Saint Paul. Both hotels are connected to the city’s Skyway system, proximate to the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport and a short drive to downtown Minneapolis.
