Choice Hotels annually presents the Inn of the Year Award to hotels that demonstrate lodging excellence. The best of each brand is selected by a committee of peer hoteliers who evaluate the hotel on a variety of factors including guest service, hotel cleanliness and hotel décor during several unannounced inspections.

The MainStay Suites was selected as Inn of the Year from among 27 open MainStay Suites brand hotels throughout the United States. Winners were announced at Choice Hotel�s annual convention in May in Las Vegas.

The MainStay Suites, operated by Concord Hotels, opened in 1997 and won Choice�s Gold Hospitality Award five consecutive years, from 1999-2003. It is the first Inn of the Year honor for the extended-stay hotel. Angie Palomino is the hotel�s general manager.

The hotel features 100 suites with full-service amenities designed to make the guests� stay exceptional, including free coffee, exercise room, outdoor pool, sundeck and courtyard barbecue. A complementary continental breakfast is offered daily, and a Manager�s Social is offered Monday through Wednesday.
