Rhea, who has worked for Hilton-branded hotels for more than five years, most recently served as assistant general manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Beachwood, Ohio.  Before that, she served as general manager and front office manager, respectively, at the Hampton Inn in Marlborough, Mass., and the Embassy Suites, also in Marlborough.
