Forrestal Center Announces Two New
Management Team Members

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. � June 20, 2005 � ARAMARK Harrison Lodging (AHL) welcomes Marc Fournier and Kevin Grenzig to Harrison Conference Center and Hotel, Princeton Forrestal Center, as director of operations and executive chef, respectively.

�We are pleased to welcome Marc and Kevin to the Harrison Conference Center and Hotel,� said Rory Loberg, president, AHL.  �These talented individuals bring a wealth of expertise to the center and we are confident that they will contribute to the property�s success.�

Marc Fournier, Director of Operations

Marc Fournier has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 15 years.  Prior to his appointment to director of operations, Fournier was general manager at Radisson Scranton in Scranton, Pa. after serving three-years as assistant to the general manager.  Fournier also acted as regional manager for Hub Management in Moosic, Pa. and director of operations for Remington Hotel Corporation in Saddle Brook, N.J.  Previously, Fournier held a variety of management positions at Winegardner and Hammons, Inc. and the Hyatt Cherry Hill in Cherry Hill, N.J. 

Fournier is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, R.I. where he received degrees in both Food Service Management and Culinary Arts.  He resides in Yardley, Pa. with his family. 

Kevin Grenzig, Executive Chef

Kevin Grenzig gained much of his experience in the culinary and hospitality industries over the past 20 years.  Before joining ARAMARK Harrison Lodging as executive chef at the Harrison Conference Center and Hotel, Princeton Forrestal Center, Grenzig served four years as general manager at the Mountain Lakes Club in Mountain Lakes, NJ.  In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the club�s operations and financial performance.  Prior to this, Grenzig spent five years working at the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe, NJ. as director of food & beverage/operations manager and as executive chef. Over the years, Grenzig has served as executive chef at a number of Omni, Westin and other hotels and resorts around the country.

Grenzig graduated with an Associate in Occupational Science degree from the Culinary Institute of America.  He also completed the Culinary Institute Program given by Westin Hotels.
