| SAN FRANCISCO, June 16, 2005 � Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is
pleased to announce that Carol Daniel has rejoined Kimpton Hotels &
Restaurants as vice president, restaurants. In this role, she is responsible
for overseeing the operations, including training, service, facilities,
personnel, and financial results, for the Kimpton�s 39 restaurants. As
the company continues to grow, she will direct new restaurant development
for future restaurant locations. Daniel was previously with Kimpton in
2002 as director of restaurant operations, east coast.
�We are thrilled to welcome Carol back to Kimpton,� said Niki Leondakis, chief operating officer of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. �Carol�s familiarity with our restaurants and our culture, combined with her extensive leadership experience, provides a unique perspective that will be a tremendous asset as we continue to expand and evolve our organization.� Most recently, Daniel was senior vice president operations, Wolfgang Puck Catering and Events, which included project management and logistics for new venue openings. Prior to that, Daniel was President of Mainstay Hospitality. Daniel graduated from Illinois State University and currently lives with her daughter. About Kimpton
