19 April 2005 - Rocco Forte Hotels has launched Speak to Hotel, a unique facility available on www.roccofortehotels.com that allows visitors to the website to speak to someone relevant in the hotel - at no cost to the visitor. The adoption of this new feature is all part of Rocco Forte Hotels ongoing commitment to providing guests with personalised service delivery.

Speak to Hotel is easy to use. Website visitors simply choose the Speak to Hotel link from any of the individual Rocco Forte Hotels web pages. They are then given the option of different departments in the hotel to which they wish to speak: for example, reservations, restaurant, spa, concierge or meetings. Next, consumers enter the telephone number on which they wish to be called. Their telephone will ring immediately and the person they requested to speak to will be at the other end of the phone, ready to provide any assistance required. The cost of the call is covered by the hotel, so there is no charge to the end user.

Speak to Hotel has already proved to be a great success - despite the fact that it has only been up and running for a matter of days. One customer was so impressed by the facility that it influenced his decision to book a meeting venue at one of the Rocco Forte Hotels, saying that Speak to Hotel had demonstrated the hotels efficiency and professionalism over their competitors.
