NCL will be providing liquidation services for Innkeepers Hospitality, Palm Beach, as they begin a major redevelopment of the former Quality Inn Beach Block, Atlantic City, NJ.  The entire contents of the 203-room hotel are being sold via a tag sale to the general public at the hotel property, beginning Thursday, March 31st and continuing for 21 days.  Once the liquidation has been completed, the hotel will undergo an $8.4 million dollar renovation and reopen under another flag. 

NCL�s second undertaking for the month of April is the private liquidation sale of furnishings and equipment from the 337 room former Mountain Shadows Marriott Resort, Scottsdale, AZ.  Host Marriott, Bethesda, MD, awarded NCL the liquidation contract once the decision was made to redevelop the 70-acre hotel property, which opened in 1959. Those redevelopment plans have not yet been finalized.

NCL also conducted the liquidation of the Holiday Inn Sunspree, Scottsdale, when it closed last year for redevelopment as well as the former Old Town Hotel prior to its conversion to The James Hotel.
