Robb Hall joined CSM Lodging in 2004 to manage the newly acquired Holiday Inn in St. Louis Park. Previously Hall served as general manager at Ypsilanti Marriott at Eagle Crest in Ann Arbor, Mich., the St. Louis Marriott West in St. Louis, Mo. and the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest. Hall has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, serving in various management, sales and financial roles in hotels nationwide.

Michael Roddy has been hired to replace Hall as the new general manager for the Holiday Inn in St. Louis Park, which is currently undergoing an extensive renovation scheduled to be complete in June 2005. The renovation includes refurbishing all guest rooms, redesigning the lobby area and creating a new restaurant. Roddy has been working with CSM Lodging on a consulting basis, managing the Country Inn in Woodbury, Minn. He also served as general manager for the Radisson Plaza Hotel Myrtle Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC, the Radisson Hotel South in Bloomington, Minn. and at the Minneapolis Airport Marriott. Roddy has worked in the hospitality and financial industries for more than 25 years, including positions in lodging operations, sales and marketing.
