Raffaele Solferino Appointed Vice President Director
of Operations Support for Domina Hotels
& Resorts Worldwide Inc.

Milan, 14th March, 2005 � Today Domina Hotels & Resorts names Raffaele Solferino Vice President Director of Operations Support.

In his new role, Solferino will oversee the ongoing development and evolution of the standards operating procedures of Domina Hotels four distinctive brands. He will also lead the efforts in building a brands operation team dedicated to ensuring that Domina Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. becomes the industry leader and innovator through offering superior service and modern intrinsic and extrinsic products.

During his 25 years spent with Hilton, Sol Melia, Sheraton, Starwood and Le Meridien, Solferino has developed a great blend of operational skills and application attributes in supporting senior management and operating executive in the development of business strategies and initiatives to ensure the long-term profitable growth of the company.

Solferino will report directly to Francesco Borrello, chief executive officer of the Domina Hotels & Resorts, and will be located at Domina corporate office in Milan.

Founded in 2000, Domina Hotels & Resorts has 39 operating hotels based in 14 different locations over 3 continents. The hotel chain, which already has 4.590 available rooms, intends to continue its worldwide expansion and reach 250 hotels by the end of 2015. Domina Hotels & Resorts is part of the group Domina Vacanze, owned by Ernesto Preatoni, which also controls six tour operators in Europe.
