About the Facilitators:

Susan Musselman, Principal, Musselman Kidwell Concepts

Susan has led the design and implementation of large-scale initiatives in service-based organizations as both an employee and a consultant and is an international expert in developing strategic communications and adult learning programs. The companies Susan has worked with include The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Sony Consumer Electronics NA. 

Susan is an Adjunct Faculty member at New York University, teaching Customer Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Training and Evaluation to graduate students in the Robert Preston Tisch Center for Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism. 

Susan has a Master in Business Administration from Columbia Business School (New York, NY), a Master in Business Administration from London Business School (London, England) and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University (Tallahassee, FL).

Debby Kidwell, Principal, Musselman Kidwell Concepts

Debby Kidwell is an experienced corporate leader. Her experience includes leading companies and ownership groups in the expansion of their revenues through enhanced sales performance as well as the growth of corporate culture, programs and resources. Debby has been through the full range of economic cycles from recession to abundant times. In early 2002, she developed and wrote a training program for selling in tough times, which was called "Backyard SalesSM"

Debby is a life long learner and returned to Arizona State University in 2000 to pursue a degree in secondary education and business administration. She is actively involved in community service ranging from building self-esteem in young girls through athletics and scouting to financial outreach efforts to organizations that build self sufficiency in the homeless population. Debby also serves on HSMAI International Revenue Management sub-committee for work guidance.
