Tiburon Hospitality Management Poised
for Growth in 2005

.

Carefree, AZ (Jan. 13, 2005) -- Heading into its third year of operation as a full-service hotel management company, Tiburon Hospitality Management, LLC., is celebrating a milestone of successes for its portfolio of resorts and is positioning itself for strategic growth in 2005, according to Greg Champion, president and chief operating officer.

Champion, who has more than 26 years of extensive hospitality management experience, has built a comprehensive infrastructurecomprised of an unparalleled team of seasoned professionals with expertise in every aspect of hotel and resort management including: operations, food and beverage management, asset management, sales and marketing programs, public relations, luxury vacation rental management, training and development, renovations and real estate development.

In two short years, weve assembled an impressive team and added key operations and marketing positions that have been instrumental in many of our successes, said Champion.  Were definitely well positioned to grow, and believe we offer a unique and attractive alternative to chain affiliations and the larger, less personalized hospitality management organizations.

Tiburons portfolio currently includes three upscale destination resorts in Arizona, New Jersey and South Carolina.  The company is looking to add additional properties to its portfolio while remaining small enough to provide individual attention to each hotel.

Despite the high visibility of the mega-operators and management companies, Champion  believes there is still a vital demand and significant number of owners who are seeking a more personal, tailored, hands-on management approach.  The cornerstone behind our company lies in the value of personal relationships and mutually beneficial goals for our associates, investors and owners, said Champion.

A highlight of THMs recent successes include being honored with a Silver Adrian Award presented by HSMAI (Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International).  The Adrian Awards Competition is renowned as the worlds largest and most prestigious awards event of its kind attracting more than 1,500 entries from 46 countries.  The awards were created to honor the best design and development of advertising, marketing materials, public relations and web marketing in the travel and hospitality industry.  Tiburon Hospitality was awarded a Silver Award for its design and functionality of the Tiburon website that was launched in February 2004.

As a result of their award-winning e-commerce initiatives, Tiburon experienced a 136% increase in e-commerce and internet revenues in 2004, over 2003. According to Lisa Stice, THMs corporate director of internet marketing, the volume of traffic being driven to the resorts websites has increased dramatically.

In addition to the substantial increase in internet revenues, Tiburons resorts have also been honored with some of the industrys most coveted awards and respected publications in the last two years including: Top 100 Golf Resorts in the World and 50 Best Offshore Escapes by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler; Successful Meetings Pinnacle Award, Corporate & Incentive Travels Award of Excellence, Golf Digests Top 75 Golf Resorts in North America, and Meetings & Conventions prestigious Gold Key Award to name a few.

In 2004, Daufuskie Island Resort & Breathe Spa received further national recognition when Tiburon secured two Travel Channel features including a 30-minute Great Hotels & Resorts episode and a Best Island Hotels in America episode. That same property will also be featured in the season finale of one of ABCs top rated reality shows scheduled to air in February 2005.  Tiburons other properties have hosted a myriad of film crews and shot a number of TV and cable series on location including The Learning Channel, The Discovery Channel and ESPN2.
