ATLANTA, Georgia, January 24, 2005 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an
Atlanta - based hotel real estate firm, announced today that it advised
Pinehurst/Southern Pines Hotel, L.P. in the disposition of the SpringHill
Suites in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The 107-room SpringHill Suites is
a leisure and commercial oriented, limited-service hotel located directly
off of U.S. Highway 15/501, which is the main thoroughfare in Pinehurst.
The three-story, all suites hotel opened in August 1999. The hotel
features an outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, fitness room and guest
laundry facility. The SpringHill Suites has approximately 392 square
feet of meeting space. The property was sold to a subsidiary of Lodgian,
Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
