New Owner of Resorts & Great Hotels
Creates RGH Hospitality Marketing

Santa Barbara, CA � January 24, 2005 - World Publications is dramatically expanding the reach and resources of its recently acquired Resorts & Great Hotels title with the formation of RGH Hospitality Marketing. This newly formed group will be a prominent leader in the luxury hotel and resort industry, offering an array of print, event and online marketing services and products through its three distinct divisions: RGH Creative, RGH Meetings and RGH Publishing.

RGH Meetings features the unique Private Meetings Summit, which unites the world�s leading luxury resorts and hotels with the travel industry�s most sought-after meeting and incentive planners. Due to the success of recent summits, which fueled more than $20 million in business, RGH will now hold two such summits in 2005. Additionally, the meetings division continues to cultivate its valuable database of high-end planners and, as a result, plans to dramatically step up its group business referral and outbound marketing services.

RGH Publishing continues to produce the cornerstone title Resorts & Great Hotels. The 2005 edition hits newsstands February 1. During the past 18 years, the publication has become the ultimate travel guide for luxury accommodations spanning the globe, featuring nearly 300 of the world�s finest hotels. June 2005 will see the launch of its first supplemental publication, Resorts & Great Hotels: Golf & Spa.
