Molinaro Koger Structures Sale of Hilton College Station
& Conference Center

 
McLean, Virginia � January 24, 2005 � Molinaro Koger announced today that they advised an investment partnership led by Lane Hospitality and LNR Property Corporation in the sale of the Hilton College Station & Conference Center, College Station, Texas. JER Partners purchased the 303-room property, which will retain the Hilton flag and be managed by Sage Hospitality.

�Given the property�s excellent cash flow, strong brand affiliation and recent $6 million renovation, the Hilton attracted significant investor interest,� said Mark Rome, Vice President of Molinaro Koger�s Dallas office.

The Hilton College Station has 303 rooms, 28,000 square feet of meeting space, an exercise facility, the Bell Ranch Steakhouse restaurant,  an outdoor swimming pool, a business center and a gift shop.
