Entirety from Ramesys Provides a New Outlook at
the Best Western The Inn at Towamencin

Ramesys (NJ), January 12, 2005 -  The leading provider of enterprise IT solutions to the hospitality and lodging industry, announced that they installed their Entirety Property Management System (PMS) at the 182 room Best Western The Inn at Towamencin in Kulpsville, Pennsylvania.

The Inn recently re-branded to become a Best Western property and embraced this change by using it as an opportunity to procure a new PMS.  �It was imperative that we modernized our PMS system to take full advantage of the latest technology in order to keep up with the demands and desires of our customers,� said Micha Kohl system coordinator and accounts receivable manager at the Best Western The Inn at Towamencin.

After a comprehensive evaluation of solutions, The Inn at Towamencin chose the Entirety Windows based PMS by Ramesys.  Entirety offered the functionality, performance and the price that the Inn desired.  Ramesys installed Entirety Front Desk, Reservations and Accounts Receivable (AR). 

�Entirety is much easier to use than our old system!  It is an added bonus that Ramesys are in the process of developing a two-way interface between Entirety and the Best Western Central Reservation System,� Kohl continued.  

The interface is expected to be available at the end of 2005 and will allow for all rooms, whether they are reserved through an individual property or the Central Reservation Office (CRO), to be booked against up-to-the-second room availability. The two-way reservation interface will allow for the seamless sharing of customer information between the two systems, thus providing users with increased connectivity and an accurate database. Once the two-way interface is completed, it will have the capability to open and close inventory in the PMS, establishing an accurate availability that maximizes room sales for the property,
