Stice attributes the surge in web revenues in 2004 to an aggressive search engine optimization strategy developed in partnership with Interactive Sites.  After carefully analyzing and reviewing Tiburon’s three property web sites, Interactive Sites applied best-practice search optimization techniques and redesigned each of the property websites. 

“As a result, each of our resorts experienced as many as 100 top ten, first page or first place rankings with Yahoo and Google alone in just three to six months after we launched the property web sites.”  Stice also said all three properties have seen dramatic increases in e-commerce revenues due to the increased web bookings.

Optimizing the structure of Tiburon’s new web sites before they were launched was a critical phase in the design process, according to Interactive Sites President & CEO Michael L. Waltman.
