AUSTIN, TEXAS; February 23, 2005 - Exhibit space for the 2005 Hospitality
Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) is 90 percent
sold out, making it vital for interested companies to reserve space. Exhibitors
will use HITEC 2005, June 20-23 in Los Angeles, to announce new products
and alliances, as well as to feature the most current in hospitality technology
products and services for guestrooms, front office, food & beverage,
operations, sales, security and more.

The number of HITEC exhibits has increased significantly from 252 booths in 1993 to more than 600 booths in 2004. HITEC attendance has also greatly increased from its small beginning with approximately 38 attendees for its 1972 debut to a planned attendance of 5,000 for this year's show. In addition to the latest technology available to the industry, HITEC 2005 will also offer more than 35 education sessions presented by the world's foremost hospitality technology experts. This year's sessions have a range of topics such as the Club Technology Boot Camp, Emerging Technologies, Future of Systems Integration, What to Look for When Purchasing High Speed Internet Access, Property Management, VoIP and Customer Relationship Management. HITEC, produced by Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®), is the most comprehensive meeting of its kind in the hospitality industry.
