February 15, 2005 - Kenley C. Moy has been promoted to Regional Director
of Sales, Eastern Sales Office, for the San Francisco Convention &
Visitors Bureau (SFCVB).
Moy joined the SFCVB as National Sales Manager, Convention Center Accounts, in October 2000. Previously, Moy was Director of Sales at the Hotel Monaco, National Sales Manager at the Westin St. Francis, Corporate Sales Manager with Bristol Hotels & Resorts and Regional Sales Manager with Hyatt Hotels of San Francisco. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sales & Marketing from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Moy will oversee the SFCVB Eastern Sales Office in downtown Washington, DC. �I am pleased and proud to announce Kenley�s promotion,� said Mark Theis, vice president of the SFCVB convention division. �He demonstrates a true passion to succeed and genuinely exercises a contagious drive and enthusiasm that our clients and members appreciate. As head of our eastern sales office, he will keep San Francisco �front and center� with our core clients.� He replaces Patricia Kraft Hilpl who has re-joined the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau as Vice President of Convention Sales. Hilpl had been Regional Director of Sales, Southeast Region, for the Philadelphia bureau and opened their Washington DC-area office prior to joining the SFCVB. |
