Most recently, he served as general manager for Benchmark of The Council House, an exclusive international conference center for SC Johnson, a Family Company; Wingspread, a private conference center for the Johnson Foundation; and The Wingspread Guest House.  Wingspread is a historically significant property that was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.   

From 1999 - 2002, Ken Jesina held the position of rooms division director for the 2000-acre, boat-accessed island community of Bald Head Island Resort, located on Bald Head Island, North Carolina.  In this role he was responsible for managing the rental operations of 150 homes and condominiums.

Ken Jesina has been a part of the hospitality industry for over 18 years and been with Benchmark Hospitality International for the last five years.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant and Institutional Food Service Management from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
