$1.3 million Exterior Renovations |
.
Dallas, TX, February 22, 2005: Hospitality Management Corporation
and Croesus Partners, Inc., recently announced the completion of a $1.3
million dollar exterior renovation to the Fredericksburg Inn & Suites
in Fredericksburg, Texas.
The renovation focused on bringing a Hill Country look to the property and included a new roof, new paint, new stone masonry, and the addition of a second resort-style swimming pool with in-ground hot tub and an outdoor open-air cabana with fireplace and TV. High-speed wireless Internet connectivity was added to all the guestrooms and public areas, and the Front Office/Reception area was completely remodeled. The second phase of renovation, focusing on re-painting and re-carpeting of all guestroom interiors, began in late 2004, and is scheduled for completion by the beginning of the second quarter of 2005. Fredericksburg, settled in 1846 by German immigrants, is located in
the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The hotel is built around a
mid-19th century Sunday House, and breakfast is served each morning in
the original German home, a recorded Texas Historic Landmark built in 1848.
The property offers 102 rooms with 10 suites, and meeting and conference
facilities all located on 5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.
Situated just a block from Fredericksburgs historic downtown Main Street,
the Inn is within easy walking distance of the art galleries, boutiques,
museums and restaurants for which Fredericksburg is famous and just a short
drive away from wineries, wildflower trails, and State Parks.
