brokers, Bill Murney, has joined the firm as a Managing Director, and will
head Molinaro Koger’s new Phoenix office.

During the course of his award-winning 19-year career in commercial real estate Mr. Murney has sold more than $800 million in hotel and resort assets. Some of his notable assignments include the Tenaya Lodge, Yosemite, California, the Beverly Hotel, New York City, the Phoenix Airport Hilton Hotel, the Oakbrook Hills Resort, Chicago and the Marriott Courtyard and SpringHill Suites Hotels in Scottsdale. Mr. Murney’s client list is a who’s who of hotel investment and includes Hilton Hotels Corp., Marriott, FelCor Lodging Trust, Meristar Hospitality, Destination Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels.
