The Penn Club of New York

Hotel Concepts’ IDPMS interfaces with existing membership software easing transition for hotel operations

Atlanta, GA – November 8, 2004 – The prestigious Penn Club of New York, located in the heart of New York’s Business and Theatre district, with hotel accommodations, meeting and banquet facilities, casual and fine dining operations, health club, library and business center, is an exclusive club for those affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. With 39 well-appointed guest rooms, The Penn Club required a property management system to replace their existing legacy software and fit with their existing membership accounting program. The interface requirements extended from club accounting to a range of new and existing third party software that helps deliver The Penn Club’s high level of service to their members. Hotel Concepts fulfilled these requirements with the recent installation of its IDPMS second-generation Windows product.
