Property Management System the right fit for
Bryce Canyons’ Ruby’s Inn

and operational costs for distinct properties managed by
Atlanta, GA – November 8, 2004 – The Best Western Ruby's Inn and sister property, Bryce View Lodge have been serving travelers to magnificent Bryce Canyon since 1916. With over 500 guestroom accommodations between these two properties and with the Bryce View Lodge only opened seasonally, the Ruby’s Inn Management team wanted a robust Property Management System that could pull double duty. Hotel Concepts’ IDPMS was able to fulfill their requirement with the capacity for multiple and distinct properties able to reside in one Microsoft SQL database while each operates as a single property from a front office perspective. With IDPMS, all guest, company and travel agent profiles are shared across properties benefiting the reservations, sales and marketing departments while financial and detailed reservation data remain distinct to its respective property. Although Ruby’s Inn took advantage of a fiber optic cable run between their two properties, IDPMS can be run across multiple sites through VPN and other network technology.
