A 25-year hospitality industry veteran, Lutz began his hotel career as an assistant regional controller for Guest Quarters.  Lutz grew with the company during its merger with Doubletree and its subsequent merger with Promus, which was acquired by Hilton Hotels Corporation.  During his 17-year tenure, he held positions of increasing scope and responsibility, rising to vice president operations, finance and centralized accounting.  He most recently was vice president of accounting and finance for the hotel and country club divisions of Corporex Companies and played a key role in that company�s successful public offering for Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EHP).  Lutz graduated from the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pa., with a BS in Accounting.

Lutz will be responsible for Marshall Management�s accounting and finance operations of its expanding management portfolio.  Key responsibilities include overseeing cash management and forecasting; financial statements; accounts receivable/payable; payroll; taxes; and property level and corporate balance sheets.
