SAN DIEGO, California - September 27, 2004 - Michael D. Armstrong,
President of Neptune Hospitality Advisors, Inc., is pleased to announce
his firm arranged first mortgage financing for the refinance of the 161,000
square foot Unizan Plaza Office Building in Canton, Ohio. Neptune
arranged the $6.0 million five-year 4.93% fixed rate loan through a Wall
Street investment bank.
Unizan Plaza is a mixed-use project that includes the largest Class-A office building in downtown Canton, the 166-room Marriott Hotel, and a 500-space covered parking facility. Canton is the home of the NFL Hall of Fame and is the hometown of America's 25th President, William McKinley. The borrower, American Property Global Partners ("APGP"), is a private commercial real estate investment company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. APGP primarily invests in office buildings and hotels. Currently, APGP is invested in and manages 1.7 million square feet of office space and over 1,500 hotel rooms valued in excess of $200 million.
