 Kinseth Breaking Ground on 84 room Country Inn
& Suites in St. Charles, Missouri

North Liberty, Iowa, September 9, 2004  - Kinseth Hospitality Companies, an Iowa-based hotel management company, is announcing the construction of a Country Inn & Suites.  The new hotel will be located at 1190 S. Main Street near the AmeriStar Casino and the historical downtown district.

The Country Inn & Suites of St. Charles will have 84 guest rooms and suites.  The hotel's amenities will include an extensive complimentary breakfast bar, business center, club room, indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, a meeting room for approximately 30 people, guest laundry and complimentary wireless internet access throughout the entire hotel. 

The exterior of the hotel will be designed to compliment the esthetics of the St. Charles Historical District, a popular tourist destination.  A ground breaking ceremony has been scheduled for September 15, 2004 with opening planned for June 2005.
