Rosewood Hotels & Resorts Returns to
Interactive Sites for Website Redesign

Scottsdale AZ (September 14, 2004) -- Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is pursuing a comprehensive revitalization of its brand and collateral to better reflect the exceptional service and attention to detail that are Rosewood trademarks. In the process, Rosewood returned to the source of its original signature website design, Interactive Sites, for a renovation of its corporate website, and each of the properties in the collection, including The Mansion on Turtle Creek and Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas, The Carlyle in New York, Las Ventanas al Paraíso in Los Cabos, Mexico, Hotel Seiyo Ginza in Tokyo, Japan, The Dharmawangsa in Jakarta, Indonesia, Little Dix Bay on Virgin Gorda, Caneel Bay on St. John and Jumby Bay on Antigua.
The collection of redesigned websites offers the next level of elegance for the sophisticated traveler. Guests are treated to ultra clean navigation, sleek photo galleries, design and artistic elements that capture the unique character of each property, and most importantly, photography so vivid and engaging that the guest is lured into the style and luxury of each exclusive property. The collection is set against a soothing palette of pale greens, taupe and aquamarine that capture the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts positioning line, "A Sense of Place®."

“Interactive Sites did such an incredible job in creating our original website that we naturally returned to them when the time came to refresh our online presence,” commented Christine Jackson, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. “The Rosewood name continues to be internationally recognized for creating one-of-a-kind ambiance and style with unparalleled, industry-defining service at each property. Therefore, all of our marketing initiatives, including the redesign of our website, underscore our name, confirming that the visitor's experience on our website, just as at our properties, is a thoughtful reflection and acknowledgement of a location's culture, history and geography, coupled with unparalleled service and amenities.”

“We are both pleased and proud that a company of such world-wide stature and sophistication as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has found no one else but the original designer equal to the task of refreshing their website,” said Michael Waltman. “As experts in the arena of hospitality e-commerce, we understand the nuances of brand and image when it comes to working with luxury hotels. There is no greater reward than having a company like Rosewood Hotels & Resorts continue to place their trust in our skills.”
