Terri Thompson Appointed General Manager for
the 120 room Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Airport


Dallas, TX, September 1, 2004:  The Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Airport, a Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC) property, is pleased to announce the promotion of Terri Thompson to General Manager for the 120 room hotel.
Ms. Thompson started in the hospitality industry as a housekeeping room inspector with Holiday Inn in 1992 and moved on to Radisson in 1997 where she worked as an Executive Housekeeper until the opening of the new Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Airport in 1999.  She started at the Hilton Garden Inn as the Rooms Division Manager, and after two years was made Assistant General Manager.

Ms. Thompson holds a Rooms Division Certification with the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel Association; was voted Manager of the

Year for 2000 and 2002; and serves as a mentor for the Business and Education Exchange Internship Program at Tulsa Technology Center.

Located at the main entrance to Tulsa International Airport, the Hilton Garden Inn features spacious guest rooms, providing a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in each room.  Other amenities include heated indoor pool and spa, fitness center, 24-hour business center, full-service restaurant, and lounge.

Hospitality Management Corporation also announces the appointment of Kathleen Mitchell as Director of Sales and Marketing for the soon-to-be full-service Holiday Inn in Addison, TX.  The hotel, which is currently a limited-service Wingate Inn, will complete the conversion to a full-service Holiday Inn in October 2004.

In her new role, Mitchell is primarily responsible for directing the sales and marketing effort to achieve overall business goals.  In addition, she will focus on establishing the new property as the destination of choice in the Addison/North Dallas area.  Ms. Mitchell has worked as a hospitality sales professional for several years, having held management positions with Sunburst Hospitality, Meristar Hotels, and Holiday Inn at locations in Texas and North Carolina.

Located just north of Dallas in the upscale Galleria area, the hotel offers 101 guest rooms and suites. The improvements and upgrades to the property include the addition of a new full-service restaurant; a new lounge; free high-speed internet access throughout the hotel; and a new outdoor pool.
