hotel real estate firm, announced today that it advised Arlington Hospitality
in the disposition of the AmeriHost Inn in Hudsonville, Michigan. The 61-room
hotel is located at 3301 Highland Drive in Hudsonville, Michigan.
The property, located close to Interstate 196, is comprised of one two-story
building and features a spacious
industry. Founded in 2000, Thompson Calhoun Fair is headquartered
in Atlanta and is national in scope. Thompson Calhoun Fair can be found

The property was sold to P&P Hotels, LLC for an undisclosed amount.
