Surati Management Group Breaks Ground on 80 room
Hampton Inn in East Windsor, New Jersey

EAST WINDSOR, NJ, June 16, 2004 – SMG Hotels officially announced its groundbreaking for a new 80-room Hampton Inn hotel to be located at 384 Monmouth Street in East Windsor, NJ.  Ceremonies will be officiated by the Honorable Janice S. Mironov, Mayor of East Windsor, NJ.  East Windsor Council Members, along with Hilton Hotels Corporation officials, also will be present.

Mayor Janice S. Mironov welcomed the new Hampton Inn to East Windsor “as a very attractive addition to the existing lodging facilities located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike.” According to Mayor Mironov, “the Hampton Inn site, visible from the Turnpike just off Route 33, is a prime location with easy accessibility to Route 33 and the Turnpike.”

Mayor Mironov noted that “the Hampton Inn will be a major plus to the local economy through job creation and will greatly enhance the attraction of the Exit 8 area as a lodging destination for both business travelers and tourists.”

“Hampton Inn,” the Mayor added, “enjoys an excellent reputation in the hospitality industry, and we are very pleased that Hampton Inn has chosen East Windsor Township to be its first location in Mercer County.”

Construction of the new Hampton Inn hotel is scheduled for completion by February 2005.  “Hampton Inn is an ideal lodging product for the East Windsor, NJ market,” said Resham Surati, general manager of the hotel.  “Business and leisure travelers visiting the area will enjoy the same high-quality services and amenities they’ve come to associate with the Hampton Inn name. When completed, the new East Windsor Hampton Inn hotel provides guests with a full complement of services and amenities, including an indoor swimming pool.
