McLean, Virginia � July 16, 2004 � Molinaro Koger announced today that
the firm has opened an office in Los Angeles to better serve clients with
hotel properties in the Pacific region. James Aylor, Managing Director
of the firm�s West Coast operations, will head the new office, which is
located in Century City.
Molinaro Koger�s recent assignments in southern California include the Hilton Hotel Pasadena and Hyatt Regency Anaheim. �We are highly enthusiastic about our team and this expansion of our West Coast presence,� said Rob Koger, President of Molinaro Koger. �During the past several years we have facilitated transactions throughout the Western States without the benefit of an office based in the West.
