the new executive sous chef. Jonathan Gelman brings to the historic property
a 20-year background of senior positions with luxury hotels and resorts
and premium winery restaurants.
Other experience includes serving as executive chef, Monarch Bay Resorts, Laguna-Niguel, California; and pastry sous chef and sous chef of The Dining Room Restaurant, Ritz-Carlton Laguna-Niguel, Dana Point, California.
