Names Three to Sales Team


Santa Ana Pueblo, NM (July 12, 2004) – The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa has named three new sales mangers to strengthen the growing awareness of the resort and New Mexico as an ideal meetings destination. The new sales team members include:
  • Kevin Herbst, associate director of sales
  • Elizabeth Salem Fuller, sales manager
  • Susie Kallhoff, sales manager
“I’m excited about the high-energy hospitality and sales expertise our new team members bring to the resort,” said Director of Sales Daniel Kuperschmid. “Our new sales force is committed to promoting the resort as a prime meetings destination for groups looking for first-class service and a unique setting. We look forward to sharing the rich history, culture and beauty our setting offers on the Santa Ana Pueblo’s reservation.”

Kevin Herbst is responsible for acquiring and developing new accounts within the southern states among associations and large corporate groups. Having worked as sales manager at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque earlier in his career, Herbst is very familiar with the area. He most recently served as sales manger of the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis Hotel. Herbst has been with Hyatt for 13 years. His hometown is Rochester, Ind.

Elizabeth Salem Fuller penetrates the northeast U.S. territory and Canada to develop business among associations, pharmaceutical companies and corporate groups of any size. She moves to New Mexico from Florida where she worked at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. Fuller has worked at Hyatt for nine years. Her hometown is Orlando, Fla.

Susie Kallhoff focuses on East Coast companies within the insurance and franchise segments. She is also responsible for growing business among smaller groups requiring 50 rooms or less. Kallhoff most recently worked at the Inn and Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  She has over eighteen years experience in customer service and sales.  Her hometown is Portland, Oregon.

The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa is located on 500 acres of the Santa Ana’s reservation adjacent to the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande River, 20 minutes from Albuquerque and 40 minutes from Santa Fe.
