Asset Manager Rim Hospitality Adds Hyatt Flag to
the 155-room Vineyard Creek Hotel, Spa &
Conference Center, Santa Rosa, California

CHICAGO - July 16, 2004 -- Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced today it is assuming management of the 155-room hotel located at the Historic Railroad Square in Santa Rosa, Calif. - in the heart of Sonoma County, renowned for its world-class wine production. The hotel has been renamed Hyatt Vineyard Creek and offers a full service boutique hotel, spa, exquisite dining and conference center. The hotel, just over two years old, offers state-of-the-art facilities and amenities.

Rim Hospitality, based in Modesto, California, will continue to act as the asset manager for the hotel owner, Vineyard Creek, LLC. "We at Rim are confident that Hyatt's Conference Center experience will be the final piece that Hyatt Vineyard Creek will need to be Sonoma County's hotel market leader," said Mark Burden, Chief Executive Officer, Rim Hospitality. Hyatt Vineyard Creek will be Hyatt's 27th property in California and its 211th worldwide.
