Has One Hundred Hotels Open in the State of Florida |

MEMPHIS, Tenn., DATEJuly 13, 2004�Hampton, the
national brand of more than 1,250 mid-priced Hampton Inn® and Hampton
Inn & Suites® hotels, announced the opening of seven Hampton hotels
in June 2004, representing 675 new rooms, including the brand�s one hundredth
property in Florida. The seven new openings, all of which are new developments
and franchised properties, include four Hampton Inn hotels and three Hampton
Inn & Suites hotels.
"In June, we continued to make development goals by achieving another brand milestone-- the opening of our 100th property in Florida," said Phil Cordell, senior vice-president, Hampton brand management. "Adding to the excitement of our seven openings is that each hotel is implemented with new innovative standards set by the Hampton brand and referred to as "Make it Hampton," which include: complimentary hot breakfast, complimentary high-speed Internet access, high quality bedding, interiors and the consistent friendly service experience that has made the brand a segment leader."
