ATLANTA, Georgia, July 12, 2004 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based
hotel real estate firm, announced today that it advised Kemmons Wilson
Companies in the disposition of the Holiday Inn Express in Memphis, Tennessee.
The hotel is located at 8635 Highway 64 adjacent to the Wolfchase Galleria
Mall in Memphis. The five-story, 107-room Holiday Inn Express features
one meeting room with approximately 440 square feet, a fitness center and
a breakfast area. The property is situated on approximately 1.7 acres.
The property was sold to First Lotus, LLC, a Memphis-based hotel company,
for an undisclosed amount.
