Management Contract for Days Inn DFW North

The hotel, an award-winning, five-Sunburst Days Inn, and a multi-year Chairman�s Award Winner for Quality, features 131 guest rooms and suites, a full-service restaurant, an Olympic-size outdoor lap pool, fitness area, 24-hour shuttle service to and from DFW Airport, and a full, hot complimentary breakfast buffet.  The property is located at the north entrance to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, and within a short drive to Dallas Cowboy�s Stadium, Six Flags Over Texas, the Texas
Ranger's Ameriquest Field, Lone Star Park race track, Texas Motor Speedway, and the Movie Studios of Las Colinas.  

The property ownership, WHG DFW, Ltd. of Dallas, TX, is actively seeking to increase their hotel portfolio, and will expand their long-term management program with HMC.
