(SMS) - the leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems-today announced that ARAMARK Parks and Resorts, an authorized concessioner of the National Park Service, has chosen SMS|Host as the property management system at Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, renowned for its water and land adventures and vacations. Located on the border of Utah and Arizona, Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas offers visitors diverse lake and land activities, including houseboat and powerboat rentals, lodging on the lake and tours to Rainbow Bridge National Monument. The second largest man-made lake in the U.S., Lake Powell provides stunning scenery that is appreciated by millions of guests annually. ARAMARK will use Springer-Miller Systems' integrated approach to replace multiple existing systems that run the property's front office, central reservations and activity management needs as stand-alone applications.
