 The Kessler Collection Promotes Three Executives; 
Deborah Golding, Mary C. Kenny and Brian Py

Orlando, FL � (August 24, 2004) � The Kessler Collection is pleased to announce the promotion of three executives.  Deborah Golding is promoted to corporate director of interior design, Mary C. Kenny is promoted to corporate director of marketing and public relations and Brian Py is promoted to vice president of development and finance.
 
Deborah Golding joined the Kessler Collection in 2000.  Overseeing the interior design process and purchasing of each property from concept to completion, she brings over 15 years of experience with an extensive background in commercial and resort interior design. Deborah is responsible for the design and purchasing of the historic, 18,000-square-foot &00 Drayton Restaurant and luxury Mansion on Forsyth Park hotel, both of which are presently under construction Savannah, Georgia.  In addition, she was responsible for the award-winning design at The Westin Grand Bohemian Hotel of Orlando and the Kehoe House Historic Inn, Savannah, for The Kessler Collection.  She is also a member of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID). 

Mary C. Kenny joined The Kessler Collection in May 1999 as corporate director of public relations.  In this position, Mary oversees all aspects of the company's public and community relations activities on local, national and international levels as well as all marketing initiatives. Committed to maximizing the potential of the Company�s publicity campaign by developing a multi-faceted public relations plan for The Kessler Collection, Mary has been responsible for the pre- and post-opening and operating public relations of eight of the nine hotels in The Kessler Collection. She will now assume all of the marketing responsibilities for The Kessler Collection and its hotel properties and condominium developments. She is also a member of

Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and serves on the Florida Hospital Cancer Board and the Downtown Arts District Board.

Brian A. Py joined The Kessler Collection in June 1999. He brings over 24 years of professional experience in the fields of hospitality and commercial real estate development, finance, feasibility and asset management.  He is responsible for implementing the development and/or property acquisition through the development process, including capital structuring and execution and asset management of the operating hotels.  He coordinates placement of debt and equity financing and developing ongoing financial relationships for The Kessler Collection. 

Brian has been focused on the financing of the Company�s hotel and restaurant holdings as well as the Company�s expansion into Savannah and other markets.  Brian directed the purchase of The Kehoe House Historic Inn and the acquisition and financial structuring of The Mansion on Forsyth Park luxury hotel and restaurant project present under construction.  He also was instrumental in the awarding of a management agreement by the City of Savannah on the historic East Fort in Forsyth Park for a café, restaurant and visitors center.  Brian is a 1980 graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he received a BBA in Finance with a concentration in the Urban Land Development Program.
