Orlando, FL � (August 24, 2004) � The Kessler Collection is pleased
to announce the promotion of three executives. Deborah Golding is
promoted to corporate director of interior design, Mary C. Kenny is promoted
to corporate director of marketing and public relations and Brian Py is
promoted to vice president of development and finance.
Brian A. Py joined The Kessler Collection in June 1999. He brings over 24 years of professional experience in the fields of hospitality and commercial real estate development, finance, feasibility and asset management. He is responsible for implementing the development and/or property acquisition through the development process, including capital structuring and execution and asset management of the operating hotels. He coordinates placement of debt and equity financing and developing ongoing financial relationships for The Kessler Collection. Brian has been focused on the financing of the Company�s hotel and restaurant holdings as well as the Company�s expansion into Savannah and other markets. Brian directed the purchase of The Kehoe House Historic Inn and the acquisition and financial structuring of The Mansion on Forsyth Park luxury hotel and restaurant project present under construction. He also was instrumental in the awarding of a management agreement by the City of Savannah on the historic East Fort in Forsyth Park for a café, restaurant and visitors center. Brian is a 1980 graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he received a BBA in Finance with a concentration in the Urban Land Development Program. �I am pleased to have each of these three individuals on our team,� states Richard C.
