announced that in October 2004 the Wingate Inn in Addison, Texas, will
complete a transformation from a limited-service property to a new-concept,
full-service Holiday Inn.
Located just north of Dallas in the upscale Galleria area, the hotel
offers 101 guest rooms and suites. The improvements and upgrades to the

Kem�s Café, named after the founder of Holiday Inn, Kemmons Wilson;
a new lounge; free high-speed internet access throughout the hotel; and
a new outdoor pool. These improvements will enhance the property�s
current amenities, which include a fully-equipped 24-hour Fitness Center;
24-hour Business Center; in-room safes; microwaves, refrigerators and coffee
makers in all rooms and suites; and state-of-the-art meeting rooms.
With three meeting rooms, totaling 2,675 sq.ft., and the new full-service
food and beverage facilities, the hotel will become a quality option for
conferences and training programs in the Addison/North Dallas area.
