The Government of Oman Assigns Franchise of the
Former Novotel Seeb Muscat to
Golden Tulip Hotels

Amersfoort (The Netherlands), 23rd August 2004 - Golden Tulip Hotels, Inns and Resorts is proud to announce the signing of the franchise agreement of the Golden Tulip Seeb, featuring 177 rooms, including six suites and restaurant "Cote Jardin". Managed by Golden Tulip's long-term partner Flamingo Hotel Management, the hotel is owned by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Muscat - Oman.
 
The Golden Tulip Seeb is a gateway to the Sultanate of Oman, located just one kilometer from Seeb International Airport at the capital Muscat, adjacent to the Oman International Exhibition Center and ideally situated for all domestic tours.

His Excellency Mr. Mohsin Bin Khamis Al Balushi, the Undersecretary for Tourism at Ministry of commerce & industry & the Presidents of the committee, states: "We value Golden Tulip's drive and commitment to support the national efforts exerted to develop tourism in the Sultanate and to work together with other international hotel management companies operating in the Sultanate to promote our country globally as destinations.
