Former Novotel Seeb Muscat to Golden Tulip Hotels |

Amersfoort (The Netherlands), 23rd August 2004 - Golden Tulip Hotels,
Inns and Resorts is proud to announce the signing of the franchise agreement
of the Golden Tulip Seeb, featuring 177 rooms, including six suites and
restaurant "Cote Jardin". Managed by Golden Tulip's long-term partner Flamingo
Hotel Management, the hotel is owned by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
in Muscat - Oman.
Hans W.R. Kennedie, President & CEO of Golden Tulip Hotels Inns & Resorts, comments: "We are extremely motivated to be associated with the owners of this hotel, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Golden Tulip Seeb increases our portfolio in the Sultanate to two hotels after the opening of the Golden Tulip Resort Khasab in December 2003. In addition, we have two further projects in Oman due to open in 2005, giving Golden Tulip a leading position in Oman."
