Richard C. Kessler Acquires the Hotel Units and the
Restaurant in the Beaver Creek Lodge,
in Beaver Creek, Colorado; 
Plans to Reposition the 72-unit, All-suite Hotel

Orlando, FL/Beaver Creek, CO � (August 12, 2004) � Orlando-based hotel developer Richard C. Kessler, president and CEO of The Kessler Enterprise, Inc./The Kessler Collection,  is pleased to announce the acquisition of the hotel units and the restaurant in the Beaver Creek Lodge, a mixed-use condominium development, located in the heart of Beaver Creek, Colorado.
 
Mr. Kessler, who is known for building luxury, boutique properties, plans to re-position the Beaver Creek Lodge.  It will be operated as a condo-hotel and positioned as his newest AAA Four-Diamond Resort.  The 72-unit, all-suite hotel will undergo a complete renovation and repositioning of the hotel/condominium units and the restaurant, including new custom designed furnishings, fixtures, carpeting, wall coverings and amenities.  The restaurant will be operated by The Kessler Collection and positioned as an upscale-casual dining experience.  Kessler plans to sell

the individual hotel condominium units with prices starting in the high $300,000�s.  Forbes Group Real Estate, based in Beaver Creek, will be the listing broker representing Kessler in the sale of the individual units. 

Using natural tones of gold with brown, black and red accents, The Kessler Collection aspires to highlight the natural beauty of the Lodge to achieve an upscale relaxed atmosphere. 

All guest rooms will feature a �Colorado chic' décor comprised of studded-leather headboards, luxury bedding with down comforters, fur throws, suede pillows, unique artwork and iron and custom designed furniture.  New kitchenettes with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and new appliances will also be integrated into each of the units.  Additional amenities will include wireless Internet access, speakerphone, hairdryer, L�Occitane bath amenities, upgraded bath towels, robes and slippers.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and ski and golf lockers.  Area amenities include skiing, golfing, biking, horseback riding and fishing.  Approximately 5,000 square-feet of flexible meeting space is available and can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 150 people.
