Turning Stone Resort Selects Agilysys Document Management
System; Industry-Leading Software Increases Efficiency,
Protects Business-Critical Documents
CLEVELAND August 16, 2004 Agilysys, Inc., (NASDAQ: AGYS) a leading provider of enterprise computer solutions and hospitality software solutions, announced that Turning Stone Casino Resort in Verona, NY, has selected the Document Management System (DMS) from Agilysys to archive records and streamline operations at the property, which is owned and operated by the Oneida Indian Nation.

DMS is a complete imaging and archiving solution for scanned images, faxes, e-mails, spreadsheets and more. The system, which features electronic registration and signature capture, helps ensure a propertys compliance with the USA Patriot Act and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. DMS is platform and business software independent and can handle the extremely large volume of records that Turning Stone needs to access.

In selecting a document management system, a top priority was the ability to increase productivity by maximizing access to information while minimizing costs associated with storage and retrieval, said John Kuznia, director of information technology at Turning Stone Casino Resort. With DMS, we expect to experience a higher level of efficiency and provide a single host-based imaging solution.

DMS will allow Turning Stone to safeguard its business-critical documents, said Bill Lashley, senior vice president and general manager, Agilysys, Hospitality Solutions Group. Our integrated document management approach will also create a more efficient working environment and help the property streamline daily operations.
