Over their Property Pages and Marketing Messages on Suburban Franchise Systems Redesigned Web Site |
.
ATLANTA - May 18, 2004 - Suburban Franchise Systems, Inc. (SFS), which
franchises Suburban Extended Stay Hotels, launches its redesigned consumer
Web
site. Reflecting the look and feel of the Suburban Extended Stay Hotels
brand, the Web site gives guests just what they need, while giving the
franchisees and general managers direct control over their property pages
and marketing messages.
"As a franchisee-owned company we wanted a consistent look that represented the brand, yet we wanted to empower the franchisees to customize their property pages," said SFS CEO Kevin Lewis. "By putting editorial control in their hands, each property has the power to market its unique attributes, location, rates and local marketing initiatives." The redesigned Web site focuses on ease of use and simple navigation. Complementing the existing quick links for making a reservation and reviewing standard room amenities, new quick links have been added for finding a hotel and signing up for e-mail updates and promotions. The online reservation system, managed by InnLink, offers seamless booking in a real-time environment. "Our research shows that more than half of our customers are Internet savvy and look online for hotel information and to make hotel reservations," said Chris Kornmayer, vice president of marketing for SFS. "We created a Web site that is informative, interactive and extremely easy to use." Kornmayer went on to say that the Web site includes an element of fun through Suburban's partnership with Petty Enterprises and the Richard Petty Driving Experience. The Suburban Racing section outlines the exciting programs and NASCAR-related interactive experiences including contests and special offers for guests. About Suburban Franchise Systems, Inc.
